Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AM-Group GmbH, Dürrenberg 30, 97084 Würzburg, Germany, info@art-mind.shop, Tel.: +49 1515 0844418) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

No right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that:

  • are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
  • are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, in particular individualized or personalized products, or
  • include limited special editions as well as original works of art that are specially made at the customer's request, or
  • are limited editions delivered with a certificate issued to the customer.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will any fees be charged to you because of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of thirty days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them other than what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Special notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is presumed in particular if we are at the same time your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing.
If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender enters into our rights and obligations under the financed contract with respect to you concerning the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return.
